Job Description
Snskies Private Limited is actively seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our esteemed visitors and clients. This key position demands exceptional communication skills and effective management of front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist visitors with professionalism.
- Handle incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain a detailed logbook and manage visitor passes.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Support appointment scheduling as needed.
- Provide basic administrative assistance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
