Job Description
Agahe Pakistan is actively looking for a committed Branch Manager to lead our microfinance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing loan distribution within the community, ensuring our strategic plans are effectively implemented for optimal outreach. Key responsibilities include overseeing loan disbursement, conducting portfolio analyses, client screening, and facilitating payment collections.
The Branch Manager will also provide administrative support, coordinate field operations, and ensure adherence to Agahe Pakistan’s credit policies. This role involves fostering relationships with relevant departments and maintaining precise data in our systems. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are essential for success in this position.
This is a full-time, in-person role.
