Job Description
StudyWise/The Migration is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. This position involves managing critical HR functions, fostering employee success, and ensuring efficient HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Facilitate positive employee relations through effective conflict resolution.
- Lead performance management initiatives.
- Manage employee attendance and leave policies.
- Ensure accurate HR data management and compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR software are required.
