Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Tax Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations, including FICA, Medicare, FUTA, and state-specific requirements. This role entails the efficient management of 1099 and W-2 reporting, utilizing payroll software such as ADP, Gusto, or Paychex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to federal and state payroll tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit 1099 and W-2 forms.
- Reconcile payroll taxes and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
