Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Officer (Administration) to oversee procurement for our administrative operations. This role involves sourcing vendors, negotiating favorable prices, and maintaining comprehensive records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure essential office supplies and equipment.
• Negotiate competitive pricing to benefit our organization.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor and manage stock levels effectively.
• Assist in the planning and execution of budget forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
