- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for positions in Pakistan and the USA.
- Work closely with hiring managers to assess and meet talent requirements.
- Utilize multiple platforms to source and interview qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills and familiarity with sourcing tools.
