Job Description
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Network Intern to join our Call Center team at Cabcall Outsource SMC Pvt Ltd. This internship provides a unique opportunity for practical experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Assist call center agents with immediate technical challenges.
- Manage user accounts and permissions effectively.
- Monitor IT systems and support maintenance activities.
- Facilitate software troubleshooting and perform updates.
