Job Description

Next Gen Technologies Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a talented and experienced Call Center Trainer to spearhead our training initiatives for US-based projects. The successful candidate will have direct experience in coaching customer service representatives, developing training programs, and enhancing performance within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Facilitate onboarding and soft skills training, deliver product and process training, design and update training materials, monitor trainee progress, provide coaching, collaborate with teams for continuous improvement, and assess training effectiveness.

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, a solid understanding of customer service, and availability for night shifts.
