Job Description
1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Fresh & Experienced International Callers to engage in outbound calls with our esteemed US clients. This role requires a commitment to handling customer interactions with the utmost professionalism while ensuring complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain composure and empathy in high-pressure situations.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Keep detailed records using CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively with teams to address issues.
Compensation includes a fixed salary plus uncapped commissions and daily & weekly incentives, totaling up to Rs40,00.00 per month.
