Job Description
Optimus Limited (Hertz) is seeking a dedicated Male Operations Officer for our Islamabad office. This full-time position reports to the Manager of Operations.
Qualifications: Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Rent-a-Car company, customer service, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create rental agreements and cash receipts.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Assign duties to chauffeurs and facilitate communication between clients and chauffeurs.
- Confirm reservations via email, phone, or SMS.
- Coordinate bookings with the Operations department in other cities.
