Job Description
Translation Empire PK is looking for a passionate Recruiter Intern to enhance our talent acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will actively participate in sourcing, screening, and engaging with exceptional technical talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify team requirements and expectations.
- Perform initial candidate screenings to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Leverage tools such as Workable ATS and LinkedIn for effective candidate sourcing.
Qualifications: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline; foundational knowledge of recruitment processes is preferred.
Work Schedule: In-office position from 10 AM to 7 PM, located in DHA Sector F, Rwp. Salary is competitive within the market.
