Job Description
PI Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd is actively looking for a committed Customer Support Executive who will serve as the initial point of contact for our valued customers. The primary responsibilities include responding to inquiries through phone, email, and chat; efficiently resolving customer complaints; and providing outstanding service. Ideal candidates will have exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
Key duties encompass maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, collecting feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning with company policies.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in customer service. This is a full-time, in-person role.
