Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Male HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR operations and labor laws, coupled with a passion for fostering a productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Support payroll preparation and accuracy.
- Professionally handle employee inquiries.
- Draft HR policies and correspondence.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
