Job Description
Ali Builders & Developers is looking for a dedicated Call Support Specialist (Female) to join our vibrant client relations team. We welcome applications from candidates with 2-3 years of experience in call centers or customer service, particularly within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for payment recovery and service follow-ups.
- Update client information using CRM software and Excel.
- Address client inquiries and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate call logs and generate reports.
