Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Officer to provide vital assistance to our staff. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, facilitate system installations and updates, and manage the maintenance of workstations and mobile devices while ensuring compliance with IT security protocols.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Windows/macOS, MS 365, and helpdesk software. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills are imperative.
