Job Description
Spectrum Plastic Private Limited is seeking a qualified Payroll and Timekeeping Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in MS Office and have prior experience in data entry within an ERP system.
The responsibilities of this position include preparing monthly payroll, maintaining accurate attendance records, and managing leave and overtime documentation. Additionally, the candidate will conduct physical verifications of employees and generate detailed reports for the CEO and CFO.
Qualifications include an ICom, BCom, FA, FSc, or equivalent degree, along with a minimum of 5 years of payroll experience.
