Job Description
Smart Connect Communications, a premier taxi service provider based in the UK, is seeking enthusiastic English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to become part of our growing team in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, processing bookings, and dispatching rides effectively. Additionally, you will engage with customers through live chat and email.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of call center experience, be fluent in English, and demonstrate a customer-centric mindset. Flexibility to work rotational shifts is essential.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary ranging from PKR 60,00 to 85,00 per month, along with bonuses.
