Job Description
Ilmi Kitab Ghar is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to strengthen our team and oversee essential human resource functions. This role encompasses recruitment support, employee record maintenance, and the management of onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to efficiently manage daily HR operations.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
Requirements: A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. Proficiency in MS Office, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality are essential.
