Job Description
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Fluent in both English and Urdu
- Strong skills in recruitment and employee relations
- Familiarity with Pakistan’s labor laws
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process
- Promote and enhance employee relations
- Oversee all HR operations
- Manage performance evaluations
- Develop and implement HR policies
Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
