Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Payroll. This pivotal role entails processing bi-monthly payroll for our US operations while collaborating with HR teams in both the US and Pakistan to effectively resolve employee-related inquiries following payroll disbursement.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include accurate payroll processing, coordination with HR teams, commission calculations, development of compensation plans, and effective response to employee questions.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, demonstrated payroll experience, a strong understanding of US payroll regulations, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Excel.
