Job Description
HRCONSOL is in search of a dynamic HR Manager who will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at attracting top talent and cultivating a high-performance culture. The role encompasses managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, overseeing performance management systems, enhancing employee engagement, and developing effective learning and development programs.
To qualify, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, have a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, demonstrate proficiency in HR tools, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
