Job Description

Emenac Inc is actively hiring both fresh and experienced US Call Center Agents for our international inbound and outbound campaigns located in Lahore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate/O/A Levels
• Excellent spoken English skills with a clear accent
• Willingness to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
• Dedicated, with a strong focus on attendance and punctuality
• Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries
• Roles encompass chat support, email support, and inbound/outbound sales

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
