Job Description
CRPI is actively seeking a diligent Accounts & Inventory Officer to ensure the accuracy and maintenance of our product catalog, which encompasses article numbers, pricing, stock purchases, and related details. The ideal applicant will possess advanced Excel skills, along with exceptional organizational and communication abilities to facilitate effective collaboration with both suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of products, article codes, pricing, and vendor information.
- Update purchasing data, including supplier invoices and payment records.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and monitoring costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Formulas and VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
