Job Description
Voltic Inc. is actively seeking a committed Customer Support Representative to assist our clients and internal teams with inquiries and technical issues pertaining to our cold-calling operations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, or chat.
- Address and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide support to internal teams in troubleshooting CRM and dialer issues.
- Document and monitor support requests for effective resolution.
