Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding product availability, sizes, and styles.
As a vital member of our team, you will assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, identify their needs, and deliver effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction. Candidates must have proven experience in customer service, preferably within the retail or footwear sectors.
