Job Description
TMG Ventures is currently seeking a committed and experienced Store Manager for our Miniso Retail location in Karachi. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, enhance sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Your core responsibilities will include managing staff and inventory, recruiting and training a talented retail team, and implementing company policies to achieve operational excellence. You will also analyze sales data to formulate effective strategies while maintaining high standards in visual merchandising.
