Job Description
Imam Clinic is currently seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include professionally answering incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and providing detailed information about our clinic’s services. It is crucial to accurately document call details while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a minimum of Intermediate education, along with 1–2 years of experience in a call center environment. Proficiency in English and Urdu communication is essential, as well as basic computer skills. A willingness to work flexible shifts is required.
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Type: Full-time.
