Job Description
Alpha Logistics LLC is looking for committed Chat Support Agents to enhance our customer service team. The primary duties involve promptly addressing customer inquiries, providing support with sales-related questions about our packaging products, processing orders, and accurately documenting interactions in our CRM system. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
