Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a talented HR Executive (Operations) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, including attendance management, payroll coordination, employee record management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data and maintain HRIS systems.
- Oversee attendance and overtime records.
- Facilitate onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with payroll for monthly processing.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRMS tools.
