Job Description
Medatron, a prominent leader in the Healthcare IT industry based in Pakistan, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our US customers, ensuring they receive comprehensive information about our products while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via phone, provide detailed product information, input data into our system, and follow up on complex inquiries.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of call center experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
