Job Description
Buraq Profiles is in search of a qualified Assistant Manager to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations around the clock, ensuring an efficient workflow while adhering to safety protocols and achieving production targets. This role involves supervising a dedicated team, assigning tasks, managing schedules, and conducting regular shift meetings.
Key responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, ensuring equipment functionality, and promptly resolving any production challenges that arise. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities who can effectively optimize team performance.

Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs140,00.00 per month
