Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer support team. The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring maximum satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, reporting and resolving complaints, conducting follow-up calls, and maintaining accurate records. You will greet customers at our service center, oversee mobile device repairs, manage incoming shipments, and package completed repairs for return. Timeliness and effective communication are key components of this role.
