Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct immersive onboarding and sales training sessions
- Lead workshops and provide individualized coaching

- Collaborate on KPIs and strategies for team development
- Monitor training outcomes and propose enhancements
Required Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in sales training, excellent communication skills, and a background in dynamic industries.
Salary: Rs140,00.00 – Rs170,00.00 per month.
