Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking dedicated Banking Helpline Agents to join a prestigious telecom company. The ideal candidates will be responsible for responding to customer calls in a timely and professional manner, resolving inquiries and complaints accurately, processing orders and payments efficiently, and managing customer accounts by updating relevant information.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector as a Customer Service Representative.
- Experience with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns is preferred.
