Job Description
We’re seeking motivated individuals for our Call Center to manage overdue payments and outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers about overdue payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans for delinquent accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with legal and real estate teams.
- Follow up on pending payments.
- Address customer objections professionally.
- Meet recovery targets.

Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
