Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support professional to join our team at Call Box BPO. You will perform technical and administrative work in supporting and maintaining Point of Sales (POS) systems and related devices for our clients. Duties include maintaining IT equipment, providing user support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with at least 3 years of support experience. Excellent problem-solving skills and fluency in English are required. This full-time position may require night shifts and overtime.
Compensation ranges from Rs90,00.00 to Rs125,00.00 per month.
