Job Description
ABS International is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our Karachi team. This on-site position offers a competitive salary of PKR 45,00–50,00 per month, along with uncapped incentives and a PKR 3,00 attendance allowance. We have various shift options available, including 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM, and 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues according to escalation protocols, maintaining accurate records in our CRM, and adhering to quality and compliance standards. A strong command of English, basic computer skills, and availability for night shifts are essential.
