Job Description
Fun City is looking for a committed Guest Relations Officer to engage with our customers and elevate their experience. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between customers and Fun City, showcase our products, and address inquiries. Responsibilities include utilizing CRM software to track leads, reporting weekly sales goals to the Centre Manager, and maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. A courteous and friendly demeanor is essential.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales.
Key skills: Proficiency in SEO, familiarity with media editing software, and strong communication skills.
