Job Description

At Want To Sell Now, we are seeking talented closers who excel in controlling sales calls, building trust with clients, and securing signatures. You will engage directly with motivated homeowners looking to sell, allowing you to work with qualified leads rather than cold prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact daily with incoming seller leads
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs
- Negotiate and present compelling offers
- Organize and manage your pipeline effectively in our CRM
- Follow up persistently to enhance your closing rate
Compensation:
- Base pay: $7/hour + 2% commission
- Potential earnings: $40,00+ annually
- Sign-on bonus: R27,00 after 90 days
