Job Description
Kruddson is in search of a dedicated Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is essential for optimizing our Make-to-Order (MTO) operations. Responsibilities include analyzing production processes, establishing time standards, and overseeing documentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the prompt delivery of customized orders and to implement layout enhancements that increase operational flexibility.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in driving continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and quality. Your contributions will aid in effective capacity planning and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
