Job Description
HBCS is actively seeking a knowledgeable Compliance Officer with expertise in UAE regulations to join our dynamic team in Islamabad, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulations set by the UAE Central Bank, DFSA, FSRA, and SBP. Key duties include developing and maintaining compliance policies that align with AML, KYC, and FATF standards, as well as preparing and submitting Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). Additionally, the Compliance Officer will facilitate training sessions on AML policies.
Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of compliance experience in the banking or fintech sectors within the UAE.
