Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecom company, is on the lookout for motivated Banking Helpline Agents to enhance our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries with a positive attitude, providing accurate information, and assisting with order and payment processing. You will also update customer accounts to ensure they have the most current information.
Salary: Ranges from Rs37,00 to Rs55,00 per month, depending on performance.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 months of experience within the banking industry.
Location: This position is based in Lahore and requires in-person presence.
