Job Description
Topaz Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to partner with the CEO and COO in strategic HR initiatives. This position entails overseeing recruitment and training processes, creating job descriptions, and effectively managing employee relations. The manager will also liaise with the Finance Manager to coordinate payroll, ensure accurate HR record-keeping, and oversee administrative operations to maintain a safe workplace.
The ideal candidate will foster employee engagement, manage compensation and benefits programs, and guarantee adherence to labor regulations. This is a full-time, in-person role, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
