Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a motivated Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will engage potential customers by addressing inquiries about our products and services, manage and maintain customer accounts, and swiftly resolve any issues that arise.
Your key responsibilities will involve organizing airline and shipping line bookings, inputting data into our web-based system, and monitoring shipments in collaboration with Sea Port and Airport personnel.
The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of a Graduate or Master’s degree, demonstrate proficiency in computer usage, and possess excellent written English communication skills.
