Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecom company, is looking for a committed Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Proficient in English and Urdu (neutral dialect).
- Current residence in Rawalpindi is a must.
- Preferred 6 months to 2 years of experience in a UK-based call center.
- Compensation: Rs45,00 with performance-based incentives.
- Monthly rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and calls.
- Provide online assistance for our services.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for unresolved issues over 48 hours.
- Manage and create Network Trouble Tickets.
Work-from-home options are available after a 4-month probation period.
