Job Description
Suzuki Islamabad Motors Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and handling basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Manage incoming mail and packages
- Ensure a tidy reception area
