Job Description
IFlogics Communication is on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager experienced in full-cycle recruiting. This position focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and advertise job openings across various platforms.
- Leverage databases and social media for candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct comprehensive interviews.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide detailed recruitment reports and analyses.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a recruiter.
- Outstanding communication and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
This part-time role offers a monthly salary of Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 and requires availability from 06:00 PM to 12:00 AM at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal branch.
