Job Description
Vibrant Tech is excited to announce an opening for a Female HR Manager to become a key member of our dynamic team. This full-time position requires night shift availability from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday, at our Bahadurabad location in Karachi.
Position: HR Manager
Experience: 2–3 years in HR roles
Qualification: BBA or MBA (HR specialization preferred)
Gender: Female applicants only
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and hiring processes
- Manage employee onboarding and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Oversee employee relations and HR functions
Compensation: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
