Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors with courtesy.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming phone calls and maintain call logs.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
- Maintain visitor logs and relevant documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage the biometric attendance system.
