Job Description
Fun City Pakistan is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing detailed information about our rides and games, and ensuring that all safety protocols are meticulously upheld.
Your key responsibilities will encompass responding to customer inquiries, promoting additional services, and maintaining a clean and secure environment for our visitors. Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of customer service experience. We offer flexible shifts, including morning (10 AM – 6 PM) and evening options (3 PM – 11 PM, 4 PM – 12 AM).
